2023 Blackbox Graduates
Black Box is an acting school co-founded by current Steppenwolf co-Artistic Director Audrey Francis. The conservatory program taught me different dynamics within scenes, development of monologues, text analysis, how to work on screen under different mediums, manage Shakespeare, training the voice and breath, and using viewpoints to get my body more active under imaginary circumstances. The program taught me to be brave and just do the work.
